    Outlook 2010 gives 'operation failed' error while trying to forward emails with certain attachments mostly .pdf

    Hi,

    Can you receive the attachment of .pdf file?

    Please check if .pdf is being blocked:

    Get-OWAVirtualDirectory “server\owa(default web site)” | fl *blocked*
