I am not able to send or receive email from window 2003 exchange server. Where do I begin to figure out what is wrong? I am able to log in through Outlook Web Access and compose and email. After having clicked on Send, it seems that all is fine but nothing happens. Later on I receive an undelivered message.

Where do I being to troubleshoot?

    Hello Maiid97,

Can you send emails to users on the same server?

If you can send emails to the users on the same sever, I suggest you go to check your SMTP connector configuration.

How to configure the SMTP connector in Exchange 200x

If all the users (included internal or external users) cannot receive your email, please post the NDR information in your next post.

    Thanks,
