E-mail encryption interaction with gateway?

Hi!
Can anyone help with how to configure Exchange / Gateway so that outgoing encrypted email can be decrypted and read by the gateway for inspection?

If you want to achieve the exchange and gateway connection security, in my opinion, you could use MTLS.
