    I one of the users is receiving the following message when sending e-mail to a domain.

    The following organization rejected your message: atl4mhib27.myregisteredsite.com

    Any suggestions on what I can try?

    Does the NDR say why or gives any further information.

    Are there any restrictions on the DL like this ? Or something similar which restricts that user from sending to that DL?

    The actual Error code will be given below that message. Can you get the complete error that you received?

    Hi,

    Please check if others can send the email to the domain.

    Please check if the target domain is configured spam filter.
