Could you enable protocol log on connector and post the log ?

Is this the error in the queue for E-mails going to One Exchange server to Another Exchange server within the Organization? If yes, looks like the remote server is having Backpressure issues. Please check the available Disk space on the remote server. Also, look for any available 15004 and 15006 warning messages in the application logs. If you are getting it, please paste the event.
