User is in distribution list.
He should recieve two copy mail. one from distribution list and another one from CC.
Finally only to Distribution list can received the mail.
Trace deliver to user and with event id: duplicatedeliver
We want to receive both message on same mailbox.
Any advise?
Thanks.

You will get only one email by design (when you are a member of DL and in CC). You may need to get some other methods like: forwarding the email from other mailbox which is a member of the dl by outlook inbox rule or create a transport rule

Hello,
This is by design.
After I test it, even though you forward the email from other mailbox which is a member of the distribution group to this user, the user still receive one message.

Hello,
There seems not related to disable duplicate detection function on Exchange 2010.
Here is the article on disabling duplicate detection function on Exchange 2007, but there doesn't work when I do it as the article.
Messages that have duplicate message IDs are deleted when they are archived to an Exchange 2007 mailbox
