    All of a sudden I get hits message -

    You don't have permission to access
    "/D/864/193170/000/sslcachekey.bayw.mail.live.com/default.aspx?id=64855&mkt=EN-GB&lc=2057&id=2"
    on this server.

    Where has outlook/hotmail gone????

    All of a sudden I get this message -

    You'll have to ask those providers. This is a forum for Microsoft
    Exchange, not outlook.com or hotmail.com.

    It seems like issue occurs in your live mail. Please understand that this is Exchagne server form, for question on Live mail, it is recommended to post in forum http://answers.microsoft.com/en-us/windowslive/forum/livemail
