Event ID 12014 Transport Service Errors on all connectors

We have been getting these errors for 3 years straight even though OWA is working and the new certificates have been correctly enabled. We are getting them on all our connectors. I didn't setup Exchange and rarely work with it but I've been given the task of finding the problem and fixing it. I've read all other posts possible but none seem to directly relate to our issue. We think we have done everything right and even have rerun the "enable" command 2-3 times and rebooted. I've run the "get" commands too and don't see anything wrong. All connectors use the same fqdn mail.domain.com so why are we getting these continuous transport errors?

Hi ,
Please use “Get-ExchangeCertificate |fl” to verify if the services and certificatedomains value are correct.

You can also run Exchange BPA to verify where we go wrong.
