Hello, all. I have quite a problem with exchange 2007. First of all,  I still learned a lot about exchange because it's new for me so sorry for my not-so-good explanation and I tried to asked you all about this.

It's started when our company mail server want to regenerate our SSL certificate that already expired. The first problem started after we already install the new Certificate and when we tested the mail flow, the organization mail server can't sent email to external mail domain like yahoo.com, etc., but we already know to solve the problem, we must regenerate our EDGE server since we deployed it on our company Exchange server.

After I tried to regenerate the Edge server subscription, it started to sync, showing success, domain can sent email between the organizational exchange user (intern) and can sent to the external mail domain, like yahoo.com, etc...

And the problem now, when the external mail domain tried to send email/replaying email to our exchange domain address, it's rejected and showing the error 550 5.7.1. : Client does not have permissions to submit to this server> #SMTP#

I tried to checked every possible thing from our hub transport server setting, maybe the receive or send connector had already changed, but It's seemed nothing got changed. When I checked our EDGE server, I can't find any problem, I attempt to checked via Exchange Management Shell and restarted syncing the subscription again but it didn't showed anything failed and showing success as the result. I checked anti-spam or safe/blocked list and I think nothing wrong about that.

Does it happened because regenerating the Edge Subscription?

Can someone tell me, what made this happened? It's already driving me crazy for this whole week.

test via the exchRCA & check the receive connector on the edge to see if that allows anonlmous to use the connector. It should be ticked.

If you check the SMTP protocol logs on the edge server and the hub
transport server, which of them is replying with that 550 5.7.1 status
code? Is it the HT server refusing to accept the connection from the
    Edge?

Check the "Permission Groups" on the HT Receive Connector. Also the
"Authentication" tab on the connector. If they're both correct, check
the date and time on both the edge and HT servers and make sure
    they're correct.
