    mail is piling up in one of the queue to one server delivery type SMTP relay in active directory site

    telnet to that server is working, no network issue or no connectivity issue to GC

    what could have been the possible reason. at the moment only mail is piling up to one server and not all mails?

    we found the issue, new SMTP receive connector was created for application to rely some how the effected server IP was added in that relay IP.

    we have removed the same and mail started moving from the queue.
