We have a customer site where we are running 2 windows 2003 with exchange 2003 installed.
two exchange servers are away from each other physically, one server is at HQ and other at Regional office
Connectivity between both sites is through the service provider.
All the users at RO send and receive the emails through the HQ exchange server.
All the emails are received by the servers for all users both at HQ and RO

    Problem description:
When a user from RO(say User1@test.domain.com) sends a message out for any user (say test1@yahoo.com or test2@gogle.com) it fails. The reason is the Address with which the user is ending the message out is (User1@test.domain.com) and not user1@domain.com. All DNS servers have no record for test.domain.com rather the record that exists is for domain.com.

The Address translation or rewrite is not happening.
    Please assist
