Specific messages not being delivered
- We file documents via a court website. There is a confermation e-mail that comes back to the filer. I see those e-mails in the msgtracklog but the user never receives the e-mail. How do I go about finding where the message stops

Find the “missing” mail and check if the last items is like “ message delivered locally to store to xxxx”.
