Answertime stamp wrong..

A user is receiving voicemails that have an incorrect time stamp when he retrieves them from his deskphone.  They're off by three hours (early.)  The time stamp on the same message in his Outlook inbox is correct.  I just checked my own voicemail and the time stamp is correct whether i retrieve it from my phone or from Outlook.

I verified that this is happening to him regardless of where the call comes from (from another internal extension, or an outside caller.)

    Anyone seen this before?

Ex2k7 SP1, latest service rollups installed.  Client is Outlook 2k7, SP2.

Have user log into OWA and check their time zone settings.  If wrong, reset it.  This has occured to many of our users.  When they travel and log in to OWA for the first time, they use the timezone they are in, and should enter the timezone their home office is in.

    Hope this helps.

The effected user is on vacation now, but i just checked their OWA settings and it's set incorrectly.  I'm guessing this will be the fix when they get back.  Thanks!
