    Hi all,

    Can I find out how to check active and connected users in OCS 2007 R2. I know in performance, you can see the active channels but I am looking for the numbers of users such as 10 or 20 users connected.

    Thanks for your help.

    From the OCS console click on your server or pool and then the database tab.  choose "User summary Report".
