QuestionCaller-ID for hangup calls

    Hi,

I have a system setup so inbound callers only can leave voice messages after selecting first/last name of an receipient.

Can I get a list of Caller-IDs for incomming calls that hangsup or is unable to select a correct receipient?

The idea is to see how much calls/voice messages we miss and from who using the Caller-ID.

Is it possible to record the call from AutoAttendant answer to hangup to get an idea why the callers miss on names and send it to the administrator?

    Best Regards,
    Ase

When you say you have a system, do you mean you have Exchange 2007 UM setup for this?

You can increase the logging level for different portions of UM to generate events in the Application event log for calls that connect to UM.
