We have Exchange 2007 UM working and users who are enabled on UM have Voice Mail Options from OWA, However, the voice mail option is not available on the Oulook 2007/2010 client both locally and using Outlook Anywhere.
We use 3rd party SAN cert for our CAS and no certtificate error messages.
Outlook autoconfiguration test successful.
Any one experience such problem and any advice ?

Is the Add-in installed in Outlook?
Autodiscovery working as expected?
If you close and reopen Outlook does it appear?

1) Make sure Add -In for UM is installed and enabled for UM.
2) Autodiscover is working but that does not mean you are able to contact the Unified Messaging Web Url
Make sure that you are able to access it from browser.
3) Check for Event viewer on Exchange CAS for any related error messages.
4) Verify IIS logs on CAS servers for any errors.
