Hello everyone. I have a question that seems simple but I can't find the answer.
Our organization is running MS Exchange Server 2010. We have a company calendar that is basically the master calendar for the whole company. We also have 3 meeting room calendars. What we would like to have is any time a meeting is created in one of the meeting room calendars, that meeting is synchronized over to the company calendar. That way we can see all meeting rooms in one calendar, as well as other events that are going on within the company.
Is this possible?
Yes, of course. We may set a rule, whatever is Outlook rule or Exchange Transport rule, to achieve that.
The rule would be somthing like:
When the meeting reqeust is included the one of three meeting rooms, send/forward it to the company calendar.
We must set "auto-accecpt "in Company calendar.
