With our new 2012 RD Server, I have 10 CALS installed (per user). Say if the 12 users log in, I notice in the event log two errors with the same event ID. The sessions seems to work fine for everyone connected.
Generally, users will be disconnected when Event ID 1152 occurs. Based on my research, it would be related to licensing. However, I suggest you use Remote Desktop Licensing Manager tool to confirm the licensing issue.
