Unanswered Federated BING zero results break ESP results

    I have an IMS flow the is trying to round robin mix BING search results with ESP search results. All works fine until I get zero results from BING. In that case no results are returned from either ESP or BING. I would like for the flow to still return results from ESP even when there are zero results from BING.

    Any suggestions on how to do this? I started with the BING IMS example from the FSIS toolkit.

    I think Bing has stopped the  web service calls with APPID and moved to Azzure. So thats tmay be the reason bing is not returning any results.
