Tuesday, December 13, 2011 10:45 AMHello everyone,
can someone please explain what this error means?
Since two days, we get lot of entries like this:
[2011-12-13 09:11:48.359] ERROR indexer doc_messages: Could not insert message for doc 1a4e53cc426fc731d8a1301327ec5967_sp: Could not flush file: No error
Sometimes the error is a bit different:
[2011-12-13 09:11:48.359] ERROR indexer doc_messages: Could not insert message for doc 0eff54b7602f1b6d35369adfe8e364ca_sp: Could not flush file: No such file or directory

I have the same issue on multiple Office 2010 formated docs. This is the error I got with debug on (no different with it off) in the syslog\all file
[2012-04-27 17:01:30] ERROR : firstname.lastname@example.org: systemmsg: doc_messages: Could not insert message for doc 6b325d96b05e8be766059d66da9eb18b_sp: Could not flush file: No error
[2012-04-27 17:01:32] WARNING : docpush@serverxyz: sp: Reported warning with http://cohowinery.com/f:\fastsearch\tmp\test.pptx: processing::Document conversion failed:
[2012-04-27 17:01:32] INFO : docpush@serverxyz: sp: All add operations completed
I added the system account to the Bin and TMP folder with full control but there was no change. What is odd is I seem to be able to find the doc's when I search for them I just see all these error in the logs and can't fingure out what they are or how get more information to help find out what they are.
Does anyone have information on additional loging or what log to look at for more info?
Saturday, April 28, 2012 11:09 PMI found a fix for my problem. I added the FAST search system account as a admin on each fast search server and the problem went away for doc and docx and all other file types.
