I'm looking for a feature comparison chart or a reference mentioning on the difference between "FAST Search Server 2010 for SharePoint (FS4SP or FS14)" and "FAST ESP 5.3 / FAST Search Server 2010 for Internet Sites (FSIS) / FAST Seach Server 2010 for Internal Applications (FSIA)" .
Assuming my understanding is correct, FASTESP53(sp3), FSIS, and FSIA those three products are quite similar (or identical) from technical aspect, whereas FS4SP is not.
Anywhere can I reach in the web ? Thank you in advance.

You probably know about the primary Microsoft 'Enterprise Search Home' at http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/enterprisesearch/default.aspx. There's an obscure link, "Download this model", on that page that launches a *huge* Visio chart comparing versions. It's been blogged about at http://www.enterprisesearchblog.com/2010/07/search-in-sharepoint-2010-microsoft-options.html.
You're right - FAST ESP 5.3 is also known as FAST Search for Internet Servers (FSIS) and as FAST Search for Intranet Applications (FSIA). All three are the exact same versions of FAST's existing "ESP 5.3 SP3"... the bits are identical, the installation is identical, and all are based on Java/Apache/Python/PostGreSQL. All of them are supported on Windows servers and on Linux. Note: FSIS (only) comes with additional capabilities called Content Transformation Services (CTS) and Interaction Management Services (IMS) that tie into very cool content routing (I'd say indexing but CTS can actually be used outside of search); and in creating flexible and adaptable result slists for better monetization. CTS and IMS are Windows only, but can work with the Linux versions of ESP, as I understand. I expect that CTS and IMS will find theri way into the other SharePoint products.
Just to complete the picture: All of the other search products - free, SharePoint Search Server, and FAST for SharePoint (FS4SP) are tied into SP 2010. FAST Search for SharePoint is a new product, a re-written ESP on Windows to mimic the capabilities of ESP 5.3. I believe all the SharePoint offerings use the same API so your code should see no real differences. ESP/FSIS/FSIA use the existing FAST API calls.
Hope this helped some!

Late addition to this thread: I've put together an infographic that shows the main versions and their differences. Posted here: http://www.imason.com/imason_Blogs/b/fast_sharepoint_search/archive/2012/02/15/sharepoint-search-options.aspx
