I can't get the bluetooth to work on my computer

    Question

  • I have an oddity. My bluetooth headphones worked in Windows 7 for quite some time. Months.

Then one day, it just stopped. No issues, no errors. No malfunctions. It says it's connected. It just has no connection.

The "blue" isn't blue, it's white. Indicating a failed connection.

When I try to tell it to connect. It doesn't give an error, it just fails to respond. Now, if I turn the headphones off, and try to connect, THEN I get an error. Any ideas?

  • What error do you get? Can you try reinstalling bluetooth drivers?
