Can't download Hotfix Rollup 4

Hello,
I'm trying to downlod Hotfix Rollup 4 to test Forefront for OCS with Lync support : http://support.microsoft.com/kb/2694730#top
After I've requested the hotfix, Microsoft Support sent me an e-mail with the download link but it's not working (error 404). I've tried with the english and french version, same result.
Did someone manage to get this hotfix ?
