I successfully installed Forefront (FF) for SharePoint on our dev server farms. These farms are one server farms. Test and Prod are 3 server farms with 2 WFEs. FF seems to scan the databases. Does it need to be installed on both WFEs, or I can just put it on one?

You should install it on all the WFEs - that way, the realtime scanning will check uploads / downloads, regardless of which WFE the user is connecting through.

How to manage Forefront if it is installed on multiple WFE's . How the settings will b replicated which are done on one WFE forefront console.
Thanks in advance.

The settings unfortunately do not replicate or, have a central management point. I had to configure each one separatly.
