    Is there a way to increase the timeout value for the IAG Logon screen?  We have some dial-up users that are connecting to use the Network Connector but sometimes they are timing out before they can get to a logon prompt.

    Hi Eric,
    I believe this will help you:

    "When you want to increase the time-out value of the login session to a longer interval, you may discover that the time-out value is not configurable in the Whale Communications IAG configuration tool. However, you can increase the time-out value of the sessionTimeout parameter in the LoginTimeout.js file. This file is located in the following directory:
    von/InternalSite/scripts
    By default, the value of the sessionTimeout parameter is 120000 milliseconds (two minutes). Therefore, you must increase the value to more than 120000 to extend the login session."
