Monday, September 10, 2012 8:33 PMWe are working on migrating ISA 2006 to UAG for our reverse proxy solution. We are currently publishing Applicaions with ISA such as KMS Activations, AntiVirus Services, SCOM Agent monitoring etc.... for our DMZ servers back into our LAN. I have not been able to get this working properly in UAG, the only way I can get this done is to add a rule to TMG Directly which is out of the support boundaries. Should I be using TMG for this type of access rather than UAG? I postsed a similar question previously however at that time I was only concerned about monitoring the UAG servers themselves.

I would keep the non-http(s) publishing to the ISA Server and upgrade that to TMG.
UAG encapsulates everything over http/https so a client trying to access a published resource over its native port will fail.
