AnswerUAG RC0 Getting Started Wizard

I installed a new VM AD instance on a new Win 2008 R2 server, created another new Win 2008 R2 server, and attached it to the domain. I then installed UAG RC0 without any problems. When I run the UAG Management Console for the first time I get a C++ runtime error in configuration.exe.

Assuming something may have went wrong I reinstalled a new Win 2008 R2 server and a new UAG RC0 install and got the same error message. The Getting Started Wizard never appears after the crash and I cannot get UAG to work.

    Any ideas?
