UAG tunnel closes after closing the published app

hello,
we have here UAG servers 2010 sp1. on these servers we publish a citrix webinterface.
when we open a session on a windows 7 client 32 bit and then start an application on the webinterface. when we close the application, the tunnel stays open and we can open an other application on the webinterface which is good
on an other client, a windows 7 64 bit, when we closes there the application that we started on the webinterface, the tunnel closes also and we can't start a new application unless we logon again on the UAG
has someone an idea what the issue could be, and where we could correct this ?
