OLSync with Live@edu

  I have a problem with syncing password with my on premise AD and Live@edu.

  I have managed to sync accounts by installing olsync, and I installed Password Change Notification Service. However, after running synchronization agents, the password aren't been syncronized. After some digging, I have found the following error in my Event log:

  Anyone has any idea where I can find this dll?
