If you are running a Windows Server 2008 R2 server, then you will need the corresponding R2 release of Windows Media Services 2008. You have two options for getting it:
- You can follow the download and installation instructions on http://support.microsoft.com/kb/963697
- You can install and auto-configure WMS using the Web Platform Installer directly on your server
