Upgrade from MIIS 2003 sp2 to what????
- I have MIIS 2003 sp2 with MA2, some technical told me to upgrade to get better options.
to what version can I upgrade from the current? is there a MIIS 2003 sp2 with MA3 ?
please advise me to upgrade to what version and what real the benefits I will get from this upgrade?

Could you be a little more specific with your request? What is this MA2 and MA3. The latest release available is ILM2007 with FP1, for which there is also a hotfix available. You may want to check the ILM FAQ here.

- I believe it is a reference to the Live@EDU Hotmail management agent. AFAIK there is no upgrade path from MAv2, unfortunately. I've got a conference call on Monday with our MS rep to talk about the new Exchange 2010 Lab offerings so I'll verify then and report back to you.

- ok sir, I mean MAv2 and Mav3, I facing many errors and problems with my installed MIIS 2003 MAv2,what is the vesion can I uograde to? in order to get better options and better management tools.

if I want to upgrade from MIIS 2003 sp2 with sql 2005 sp2 to ILM 2007 do I need any interaction from Microsoft side? or just I need to upgrade my own server and everything will up and running? - Upgrading to ILM 2007 FP1 will require that you have a valid license key for ILM, and that you have a backup of your database and encryption keys immediately prior to starting your upgrade. You should not require any further assistance from Microsoft, HOWEVER, please contact Live@EDU and make sure you have any materials they provide related to how to assure MAv2 and MAv3 continue to work properly for you in this case.

Before making any upgarde on your environment (especially on Live@EDU Management Agent), if you wish to ugrade from MAv2 to MAv3 you must contact first ed-desk@microsoft.com because this kind of operation required from Microsoft to make an upgrade of your Platform from MAv2 to MAv3 in Windows Live also.
