IE10 how to disable the "enable memory protection to mitigate online attacks" setting?

Hi
I'm trying to disable the Security setting "enable memory protection to mitigate online attacks*" on Internet Explorer 10 but even with the administrator account I'm unable to do it. The setting is greyed out, checked and I'm unable to uncheck it.
I need to disable it because it crashes IE 10 when we try to access to our web based Oracle Application Server applications.
Any clue how to do it?
Thank you very much.Best regards, Miguel Branco da Silva

Hi,
You can disable DEP/NS Memory protection via policy. Please check out this blog:

Hi
Thank you for your answer... we already did that to disable the setting in IE9 but the computers running IE9 are in a domain and the Policy is applied by a domain GPO.
As soon I join my Windows 8 Test computer to the domain, the GPO was applied and the setting was disabled.
