I have Microsoft Office Pro Pluse installed on all my workstations but have the 'Email with Windows Live' in the context menu (right click menu) when using Internet Explorer (IE). How do I change that to be 'Email with Outlook' instead?

As a picture is worth a 1k words I'll show you what I mean. Below is a screen show of what appears when I right click inside the web page using IE. I placed a red box around what I'm getting at. I would like to change that to be "Email with Outlook"

AFAIK you are looking in the wrong place. If Outlook is your default E-mail client you can do what you want with the File, Send menu (equivalently the Send commands under the Page button of the Command bar).
I don't even know if there is an Accelerator to do what you want, even if there was a way to displace Hotmail's with your preference... OMG. Apparently, under Manage Add-ons, Accelerators you could choose a different default. Who knew? So provided you can find a different accelerator for the category E-mail you could stop using E-mail with Windows Live. Thanks for making me find this. (BTW these observations are being made using IE10 on W7.)
So, if we use Find more accelerators... to go to that horribly dysfunctional IEGallery... I find 8 accelerators, none which mention Outlook and none which I could imagine fitting the category E-mail. YMMV.

Hi,
Tools>Internet Options>Programs tab>Internet Programs>Set Programs button, set Outlook as your default email client. Close and re-open all IE windows for the changes to take affect.
Regards.

Hi,
I suggest you try the following to set the default e-mail program to check the result:
1. Open Internet Explorer, click the Tools button, and then click Internet options.2. Click the Programs tab, and then under the Internet programs, select Set programs
3. Choose Set program access and computer defaults
4. Then set the default e-mail program
More reference: Change default programs using Set Program Access and Computer Defaults
Hope this helps.

Thank you for the help but that didn't work either.
What I found out, from all of the input, was that the "Email with Window Live" is an 'Accelerator' - what used to be called activities a special add-in for IE. Additiona support info for Windows 7 IE 8 or Windows 7 IE 9. So as it turns out there are accelerators for Windows Live (Hotmail), AOL mail and Gmail. So I'm out of luck here.
As it looks like accelerator's use web services (additional devloper info here and here) I'm going to be out of luck, I think, for getting it to use the Office Outlook Client (not web app). So my only option is to use the File -> Send -> Page/Link by Email options. Thank you all for your help and input!
