Compatibility of IE9

Hi Team,
We are using an Application(website) which support .net frame work 1.1 and will only run on Visual studio 2003 and till now we are using this in IE6 it is working fine. Now our clients want to upgrade the Internet Explorer to IE 9 or IE 10. I wanted to know weather my application which is build in.net frame work 1.1 will work in IE9 and IE10 or not. Do i need to make any changes to the application or it will just work normally as it worked in IE6.
Could you please help in this. Waiting for your response.

for questions about html, css and scripting for website development please post to the MSDN IE Web Development forum, with a link to your website.

some activex controls may not work on Win7 or 8 machines.
