  i have operating system (windows 7 home premium 64 bit) but the all files that run on a system 32 bit stopped working

  Please tell us more information about your question.

  Do you have dual boot Windows 7 (32 & 64 bit)?

  I would verify whether the programs on 32 bit cannot be launched or the files cannot be opened?

  Did you get any error message when opening the files?

  Are there any related traces in the event log?

  Check whether this issue occurred in Clean Boot and Safe Mode.
