exclude intranet from pop-up blocker

How can I exclude intranet subnet 10.0.0.0/8 from pop-up blocker?
10* or 10.0.0.0/8 does not work

Tools>Internet Options>Security tab, click "Reset all zones to default"
sites that map to the intranet zone already allow popups....
you probably have another IE addon installed that has its own popup blocker... turn it off (the popup blocker) or uninstall the Addon... you don't need two popup blockers)
check your IE popup blocker settings also.

I have no other pop-up blocker installed.
Have Czech version of IE so some item translation may not be exact:
I am talking about Tools -> Options > Private data -> Blocking pop-up windows -> Settings button -> Allowed webs list
I have fow items listed here:
10*
10.*
10.0.0.0
but this does not help
If I try to add 10.0.0.0/8 than nothing was added, just Add textbox was cleared. Is there any format description for web to be added?
