    Hi All

    I'm getting below error on IE8 while visiting http://mew.gov.kw/en/?com=content&id=90&act=view

    "Content was blocked because it was not signed by a valid security certificate.
     
    For more information, see "Certificate Errors" in Internet Explorer Help."
     
    "Turn off the Security Settings Check feature" is already enabled by group policy on this Win2K8 R2 server

    Is there any settings by which I can bypass this error?
