Internet explorer 9 "quits working" very frequently

IE 9 keeps shuttung down.

- Internet Explorer does not start or stops responding
- "Internet Explorer 9 Error: “Internet Explorer has stopped working”".
Please Reset Internet Explorer 9 settings
If the issue persists...
1. Please download and run the Microsoft Safety Scanner tool (freeware).
2. Reboot your PC.
3. Please download, update and run Malwarebytes Anti-Malware Free
4. Reboot and Test.
