Please explain how Webmail.Merck.com does not work for IE9?  this is was a huge miss for launch (check out the company, think of the size and influence of these people)... this is how people check their email at home and this compatability issue has forced people to download Safari, Chrome or Firefox, all of which have no problems loading.

It loads fine initially, but after logging in, nothing happens... blank screen

I and several of my colleagues have noticed this.

Please advise if/when this will be corrected.

    Hi,

The webmail may have incompatible issue with IE9. Please run this webmail with Compatibility View for test.

If the issue persists, I suggest to add the website to trusted sites, and disable protected mode for test. Also reset IE advanced settings and temporary disable all add-ons.

Furthermore, I suggest to contact webmail support for further help to check if they have any suggestion to use it on IE9.

Thank you for your cooperation and understanding.

    Regards,

Thanks for the suggestions.  Nothing worked.  I tried on multiple computers, completely re-installed I9 and even tried IE10 on the Windows 8 Consumer Preview.

Several colleagues also confirmed this on their home computers.

What a huge miss by the IE team... for this reason, I have to use Chrome, Firefox or Safari now... as do any of my 80,000 colleagues who want to use webmail on a Windows 7 computer.
