Answered Is there any way to place the menu bar above the adress bar with IE9?

    There is a lot of answers and questions out there on this but im finding it hard to follow what they are saying. Most of them have to do with messing around in the registry. I do not feel comfortable with messing around in somthing I myself know little about. If any one can explaint o me how to get the menu Bar above my adress bar here I would feel more comfortable with it. Also liek to knwo if it is even possible if not I guess I can live with it for now.

    You cannot move Menu bar above address bar, this is by design.

    These are basically your only options,


    Of course the Command bar can be removed.
