Desired behavior:
1. Search for text in page (ctrl+f style) that is part of a hyperlink.
2. Once the desired link is highlighted, use a keyboard shortcut to open the link.
Observed behavior:
1. Search for text in page (ctrl+f style) that is part of a hyperlink.
2. Hyperlink is highlighted, but following it requires moving the cursor ver the link and clicking it.
I'm looking for a way to do this either via an inbuilt shortcut (have not found this via search engine) or an addon for IE 8 or 9 (also have not found any addons that provide this feature).

Nevermind- here is the shortcut. Tested in IE 8 on Windows 7 and Chrome 21 on Windows 7 and Mac OS 10.8.
1. Perform in-page search.
2. Once desired link is partially or fully highlighted, press Esc and then Enter.- Marked As Answer by Erik Williamson Tuesday, August 14, 2012 11:24 PM

navigate to a google search page..... enter your search terms... tab to the "I feel lucky" button...press enter....
still no browser has an ESP button/ui.. IE for Xbox will be close.
.... guesture by placing both hands on top of your head in front of the xbox 360 console... this will be interpreted as a random web search shortcut...<sic> guesture with your hands to scroll through the list of offered search results. Say "Select" to navigate to the highlighted link.
