IE 9 Security Warning for Pages that Reference Amazon AWS?

There is a report here that IE was flagging Dropbox as an unsafe site this morning:
http://forums.dropbox.com/topic.php?id=52107
I also saw this error on a partner's site, and we too found that removing references to Amazon AWS fixed the issue:
"This website has been reported as unsafe. We recommend that you do not continue to this website."
Was there an issue with sites that reference Amazon AWS being marked as unsafe? Has it been fixed? Can I confidently restore those references on the partner's site? They are very sensitive to this issue impacting sales.
Thank you,
Jenn Lin

Hi,
I tried the link you posted above, but it redirects to http://aws.amazon.com/s3/ and Smartfilter hasnot reported any threat in the website.
Please check it again.

Hi.
I cannot currently reproduce a warning on the site. If you do see a block in future, the best way and most expedient way to get any potential false positive reviewed is by reporting it to Microsoft via the built-in, online reporting tool within Internet Explorer as the site owner. This option is available when the SmartScreen warning is displayed. Reporting as the site owner triggers a reply from SmartScreen support which includes a ticket number for reference. - You'll find more detail here:

Hello Mark,
Thank you for the prompt reply, but unfortunately this does not solve our issue. I am not a site owner, I cannot do this for all of our customers. I work for Get Satisfaction, which provides tools for partner or customer websites.
Here is our latest report:
