Help Tools4Fim ERROR

We're testing your product in our environment Tools4Fim FIM R2. We need utiliizar function "ConvertToFileTime" to provision the user end date to "AccountExpire" of Active Directory.
We generate a "Management Policy Rule" which runs a "Workflow" with a custom activity.
The test involves a change in an attribute of the user (employee end date) and the Custom Activity is responsible for the conversion to the new attribute to be synchronized to the Active Directory "Account Expires".
The error that this Test is as follows:
- Unable to create new WorkFlowInstance for WorkFlowDefinition 'e30d7e9c-9ca3-4d09-9ea1-2f20933f55fc'
