User without resource id/ objectSID in the portal.

Thursday, February 16, 2012 2:01 PMI have one user in the portal that doesn't have a resource ID. Shouldn't i be able to export the objectsid out of AD via an ldap browser into a .bin file and then upload that into the portal under resource ID? the request fails.

Did you check the request history in the portal? It may be that an MPR is denying permission on the attribute.

Monday, February 20, 2012 11:36 AMThe only MPR listed is Synchronization: Synchronization account controls users it synchronizes, which is set to all attributes.
