Management Agent for MY-SQL
Hi,
As per my knowledge there is no out-of-box management agent for My-SQL database.Do we need to create 'Extensible Management Agent' for My-SQL database? or is there any other means we can connect to My-SQL database.

You are correct, you're best bet is to create an Extensible Connectivity Management Agent that will interface with MySQL. You'll need to implement an interface between .NET and MySQL (perhaps with the MySQL .NET Connector) to properly provision and synchronize information between the two systems.
There are plenty of resources out there that will provide you with information on how to implement an Extensible Connectivity Management Agent (not really all that hard to do!).
