Friday, September 14, 2012 3:19 PMWe're currently setting people's quotas by flowing the numbers via the portal but then those accounts don't seem to be listening to Exchange policies that are in place. Has anyone else run into this issue? We're trying to avoid updating the user accounts manually each time and tracking the exceptions.

You might mention the attributes being updated and their values, as well as any exchange policies that might override those changes.
Do you see the values being set in the AD MA export?

Saturday, September 15, 2012 8:05 AMI think that you are setting up a quota from portal and then you expect that at one point in time you will get user back to using defaults instead of these values which doesn't happen. Am I right? I think that you should check your flows for mDBUseDefaults attribute. If it is set to FALSE your mailbox will not respect policy settings
