Trying to create a membership set for users who aren't in a different set.

View Members shows the membership fine....not even slow.  When I try to submit I get unknown error.

FIM Event log shows:   Microsoft.ResourceManagement.WebServices.Exceptions.UnwillingToPerformException: Other ---> Procedure: ReRaiseException.  Line number: 37.  Message: Invalid parameter: @statementKey

This usually means I tried to create a set that is constrained...like using two Resource ID "not in"'s....or referencing a group membership....something like that.

but this is only one "not in" clause.  Why am I getting this when I've done this before and those sets are still working and how can I fix it?

I fixed my problem by creating and consolidating sets to get rid of multiple dereference queries.
