Error When Creating a Set

I'm trying to create a simple set that filters on a custom attribute that happens to be a booleen. I can't seem to get it to work. I set the criteria and click on vey memebers and it shows the correc memebers. When I click submit I get accessed denied with the following error
Filter definition is not permitted
Any ideas ?

Make sure you add your custom attribute to your Filter Permissions within the portal at Administration/Filter Permissions.
If you like to, have a check the Introduction to Schema Management document .
