FIM GAL sync configuration.

I installed FIM2010 syc service in win2008R2.
I tried to create GAL MA, but error happen like following.
How should I resolve it ?

Ok, this is going to sound like a very stupid question, but I'll ask it anyway. Do both the source and target forests contain Exchange Organisations?
If so, what versions are they running?

Hi,
Try to enter the forest username in the UPN format (username@domain.abc).
What version of FIM Synchronization Service do you use? Try to install the latest update...

Sounds like your target AD environment does not have the Exchange schema…. This link may help you… http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb125224.aspx

Source Forest and dest forest is different forest ?
I could not choose different forest.

Hi,
The purpose of GALSync is to synchronized users/groups (as mail enabled contacts) across forests.
for every forest synchonized you create GALSync Management Agent and every GALSync MA is source and also a target.
