Import secret question and answer from Oracle Database to Forefront Identity Management

We have set of question and answer registered by the user in the oracle database.

Is there way to import the question and answer to bulk register for self password reset service? Question and Answer can be decrypted into plain text before importing data to FIM.

This helps in reducing the effort for the user to register the question and answer again when our system gets migrated to FIM.

If you are using FIM 2010 R2 it is possible to programatically register users for self-service password reset using powershell.

You can find some examples in the Forefront Identity Manager 2010 R2 Self-Service Password Reset Deployment Guide.
